Information on what competitors pay their employees is an essential piece of the "intelligence" that employers need when making cash compensation decisions - both when hiring new staff and when granting salary increases and bonuses to existing staff. Having this information can make the difference between success and failure in attracting and keeping the best people.

At CompAnalysis, we recognize that employers often have a need for pay data for specialized, industry-specific jobs. This information may not be available through public, published surveys at all, or the available data may simply be too out-of-date or too non-specific with respect to location, organizations, and/or firm size. In these cases, it makes sense to conduct a "custom survey" designed to meet the employer's unique information needs.

CompAnalysis offers a custom survey capability that assures the confidentiality of sensitive pay data through the use of a secure web site. Participating organizations enter their data on-line. All data are compiled and aggregated in such a way that the data submitted by any one participant cannot be specifically identified with that participant. In cases where the sample size is insufficient to assure this confidentiality, the data are not reported.
